Dispatch & Shipping

We always aim to dispatch within 24 hours when ordered between Monday to Friday. 

UK and Northern Ireland -  Royal Mail Tracked 48 is included in the purchase price. Other postage choices are available at extra cost*

Special Delivery Orders must be placed before 12 noon to get posted that same day.

EU & Channel Islands - Delivery charge is £15 and all parcels need a signature on arrival. We use International Tracked & Signed which Royal Mail quote delivery times as between 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

International Customers - We are happy to deliver to UK shipping centres where you pay their fee, however our liability ends once your order leaves the UK. For direct deliveries we charge £20 postage and use tracked mail. You may be liable for local taxes.

*Monday to Friday only and as per Royal Mail delivery time scales. This also applies to Next Day Guaranteed.

Returns

Should you need to return an item for exchange or refund, please email us to create a return.

As we offer free postage when we send goods out, in fairness any returns are at the customers cost. To ensure safe arrival and to give you peace of mind, returns should be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will cover you for up to £50 should your parcel not reach us.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) we do not accept returns on briefs, shorts, thongs of any similar garment.

 

Refunds - Please take the time to read and understand to avoid any confusion. 

Once goods have been received and quality checked refunds will be issued within 48 hours.  All goods need to be returned in a saleable condition, free of any odours, pet hairs and with the original labels correctly attached, loose labels will render the product un-refundable. Please return using the original postal bag or a similar postal product.  

Please Note: Items returned in soiled packaging or boxes that previously contained food products will automatically cancel your right to a refund. (Yes we did have a customer use a pizza box as their form of packaging).

Refund notices will automatically be issued to the email address you used for your purchase to inform you that we have notified your payment provider to refund your account.

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR CARD/PAYMENT PROVIDER and they will process this within their terms and conditions.
