my husband found the black country bra lady online. I am so happy he did. Karen is a wonderful lady who knows her stuff.. I have been going to see her for a few years now and never disappoints. she has a lovely warm and welcoming manner and puts you at ease. my husband messages Karen and goes you know what she likes can you sort it please and never got it wrong. I cant speak highly of Karen and now family members see her too.

Well ladies, all I can say is excellent! I went last week for a bra fitting. I was very nervous, not sure why. Karen was just the best. Made me feel at ease. Just by looking at me she knew my size. Her service is second to non. Just wished I had known about her years ago. I came away with some very pretty and excellent value bras. The confidence it’s given me now I know the twins are fully supported and look amazing lol 😍 I will now only be buying my bras from Karen. x

Ella was looking for a strapless bra, needing it for a few days time. To save time I got the request sorted by my supplier who delivered the product I advised within the time scale.

I had an appointment with Karen a couple of weeks ago . I was very nervous as I've had a double mastectomy. Karen was absolutely brilliant ,putting me at ease and her and patience and understanding are second to none . I now have fantastic bra's and feel feminine again . They are the right size ,very pretty all because Karen measured me properly and gave the bra's to try to give a proper shape ect . Cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She's wonderful. I have know Karen for over 10 years. She has “supported” me with choosing my underwear through the variety of bra sizes I have been, always giving me her straight talking advice on everything lingerie and swimwear!
I appreciated her support most of all for my beautiful Mum whilst choosing her first bras a few years ago following a mastectomy.
I knew who to go to straight away when picking a special set of underwear for my wedding. I can’t thank you enough Karen. Absolutely
felt a million pound in the set we chose.
I’d have walked down the aisle in that if I could have
it fitted like is was bespoke to me and the extra special material and cut was lovely!

Karen is not only fantastic at bra fitting and certainly knows her job, she is reassuring, friendly, helpful and as a larger lady I was somewhat nervous about the experience but I can honestly say she put me at my ease on the phone beforehand and I came away feeling a million dollars with more confidence than I had when I walked in the door and with the biggest smile on my face as after 45+ years I was wearing a bra which actually fitted and fully supported me and a waist!!! Karen was absolutely amazing. Today was my first fitting with her but it certainly won’t be my last. A warm welcome, a totally professional experience.
You can tell she certainly knows her craft, her experience comes through from the moment you get started.
I have used a well known retailers fitting service for years. I was flabbergasted to learn I have been wearing completely the wrong size bra for years.
The choice, styles and price is comparable to any lingerie retailer but
the bespoke service truly outperforms them all.
