Cancellation Policy

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placing the order.  If you wish to do so please email: karen@blackcountrybralady.co.uk to instruct us to cancel

If you choose to cancel an order and the good have already been despatched, you will be required to cover the postage for the return as we will have incurred the postage to you.
